-Architect graduated from the Norwegian Technical University in 1981, is partner and CEO. He worked for Kjell Lund and Nils Slaatto for five years before establishing a private practice together with Ivar Lunde in 1986. Løvseth's foremost references include the Norwegian Petroleum Museum, Tønsberg Library, Fredrikstad Town Hall, The Government Squares, University of Agder, Høyanger Bathing Facility and a number of major residential projects and bridges. He has been contributing in winning 23 architectural competitions out of 50 attempts and has received 14 architectural awards. In addition to his architect practice, he is head of the Architecture Council for the National Tourist Routes in Norway, and has on numerous occasions been a sensor for the Oslo School of Architecture, and The Norwegian University of Science and Technology, in Trondheim. Løvseth is a skilled drawer and illustrator.

-Architect graduated from the Norwegian Technical University and the Copenhagen Academy of Arts in 1996, is a partner and the company's deputy CEO. Her main references in the office include Kuben Shopping Mall in Hønefoss, the residential projects Arneberg Hage, Nedre Bleiker and Sinsenvegen as well as rebuilding of Berg School. In addition, she has experience from the projecting of Høyanger Swimming Facilities, Fredrikstad Town Hall, University of Agder and Rikshospitalet, during her employment at Lunde & Løvseth and Medplan. She is the company's leading at REVIT and advanced BIM projecting, and has considerable experience in planning and designing large housing projects including regulatory processes.

-Architect graduated from Gdańsk University of Technology in Poland in 2000. She achieved a Master of Science in Architecture and Urban Planning (diploma with excellent mark). In 2001 she was awarded in a nationwide contest „Diploma of the Year” organized by Union of Polish Architects for a „Gallery of photography” project.
Aleksandra joined LP as partner in 2021 after a period of private practice in Poland and employment at Spacegroup and LOF Architects in Oslo.
Aleksandra has been responsible for many projects in housing, transformation and renovation sectors, ranging from small-scale interventions to large-scale residential developments. She has worked on projects and competitions in Norway, Poland, Thailand, Estonia and Azerbaijan like Proffen housing for BaneNor in Drammen, Havneparken for Kruse Smith in Sandnes, Kværnertoppen for OBOS in Oslo, Pilkington office in Szczecin, residential areas in Phuket, mix-use development in Tallinn and housing in Baku.
She has a particular interest in sustainable design and new building technologies to address the twin crises of climate and ecological breakdown.

-Architect graduated from Gdańsk University of Technology in Poland in 2000. Prior to his Architecture and Urban Planning degree, Robert studied at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Ship Technology.
Before joining LP in 2021, he worked at Nordic Office of Architecture, SpaceGroup, Niels Torp Arkitekter and several practices in Germany and Poland.
He was a project leader and a key member of the design teams for such projects as ABV22 logistic center in Oslo, Aleris clinic in Oslo, Hotel Longyerbyen/Svalbard, Tromsø Harbor Terminal, Røverstaden cultural club in Oslo, Åsane city centre and residential development, Statoil HC in Bergen.
He has led many large-scale projects within a variety of sectors and has extensive international experience with projects in Norway (Svalbard included), Germany, Poland and Thailand.
He brings extensive experience across a wide range of scales and programs from a mix of private and public commissioners, such as master-planning, healthcare, hotels, offices, retail and housing.
With more than 20 years of experience in architecture, Robert has a deep understanding of the relation between conceptual and technical requirement. He especially enjoys bringing the architectural vision into the real world; making the built environment beautiful, functional and ecologically friendly.
Outside of architecture he has a fondness for drawing and photography.

Employed in Serbia at Mozaik-projekt architect office 2014-2016, Home office–Kitanovic 2016-2017 and in Norway Kleiva architects 2018 and KMS arkitekter 2018-2019. Employed at Løvseth + Partner from 2019. Has experience with sketching projects, concept development, applications and detailed design.

-Architect graduated from the faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning at Lodz University of Technology in 2014. He has 10 years of experience from working on various multifunctional architectural projects in Norway, Poland and Japan. He worked for Dedeco Architects where he contributed to the development of the Medical University in Szczecin, Poland. This project won the first prize in a competition. In addition, he did many residential projects in Poland for Bien Architects. In Japan, he worked for Kengo Kuma Architects where he was responsible for designing Kawasaki City Hall competition. He is a passionate architect who loves using wooden constructions. In addition to his architectural practice, he is a dedicated 3D artist who loves visualising buildings to let people better understand his architectural concepts.
