Nedre Bleiker is a historic farm construction within walking distance of Asker center. The municipal plan assumes that the yard is taken care of as a basis for approving a housing development and regulation plan. This means that the main house is restored on the outside, that the barn is reconstructed as a residential building with barn shape and that two other farmhouses are rebuilt in a similar form. In addition, on a lower plateau, three apartment blocks are built.
