The architecture forms a large quarter around a courtyard. To the north and east there are trafficked main streets, and towards the south there is a city district park. The area has level differences going on three floors. The varied silhouette is based on three-and-four-tier layouts around each staircase, where in the upper floors, an apartment is removed to create formal variation. Parking is located under the courtyard on several floors.
